What is your pricing model?
Pricing varies based on cabin size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the time of year. Seasonal rates apply, with peak summer and holiday periods priced differently than off-season stays.

How do I make a reservation?
There are a few ways you can make a reservation. You can book online, email us at info@royalstarr.com or call us at 844-660-3117.

What is your deposit policy?
There is a $200 deposit per bedroom. When booking online, the deposit is due at the time of booking. When making a phone reservation, a deposit is due within 7 business days

What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the start of your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within 90 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email, info@royalstarr.com. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one to two business days. Don’t hear back from us, try again or give us a call (sometimes emails get lost in Spam mail). You can also call us at 844-660-3117.

What is your payment policy?
Payments can be made in the form of credit/debit card, ACH, check, or cash. Payments for reserved cabins must be paid in full upon arrival.

Do you allow pets?
Royal Starr Resort maintains a pet policy to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, therefore we do not allow pets of any kind except in accordance with federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we welcome service animals. When is check-in/checkout?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on your arrival day, and check-out is by 9:00 AM on your departure day. To help us prepare for incoming guests, late check-outs are discouraged and an additional charge of $30/hour may apply for late check-out.

Can I rebook my same week for the next year?
Absolutely, but don’t wait. Make sure to book a year in advance because reservations fill up quickly. Come see us before check-out to book your cabin for the next year.

Do you give discounts?
Prices adjust seasonally and we offer discounted rates. We also run specials. Follow us on social media for deals.

What is something is broken or not working?
Please notify someone working at the lodge of any items that are broken or not working in your cabin so we can get those fixed or replaced. We want your stay to be cozy and enjoyable.
